MRI Biceps Tendonitis Tenosynovitis: On Shoulder MRI Biceps tendonitis / tendonosis is a very common finding, but can also be easily missed. The curving nature of the intra articular tendon means you have to asses it in multiple planes and look specifically at one particular area where tendonitis is commonly present but often missed.
In this video we look at Where to look, What to look for and How to report Biceps Tendonitis and Tenosynovitis.
This is the second video in a series on MRI of the biceps tendon. We looked at the normal MRI of the biceps tendon in last week’s video and in the next video we will look at MRI biceps tendon tears and MRI Biceps tendon rupture. (Links to other videos at the bottom of the page).
