- There is a mass in the deep lobe of the left parotid (We don’t have Histology as yet).
- The key here is noticing the asymmetry between the left and right (Green arrow) lobes.
- Even though its obvious and large, it's still easy to miss if you don’t look specifically at the periphery of a scan.
- My routine is to look at the periphery of the scan before I focus on the spine itself so that I don’t forget to look and miss lesions.
