This is the normal MGHL (Middle Gleno Humeral Ligament).
It lies adjacent and anterior to the labrum (Green arrow) and extends inferiorly to join the anterior capsule (Blue arrow) deep to subscapularis.
Well defined low signal structure (Pink arrows) adjacent to the labrum.
