Online Radiology Courses:
Learn Radiology Online and Learn MSK MRI Online.
We are commencing Online Radiology Courses this year, beginning with a 30 Day Online Shoulder MRI Mini-Fellowship on 30th of May, followed by 2nd Online Guided Knee MRI Mini-Fellowship on 3rd October and 2nd Online Guided Ankle MRI Mini-Fellowship on 7th of November.
Just like our on-site Mini Fellowships, the aim is to Make a Difference to your reporting and by the end of the Online Radiology Course, for you to Report with Confidence.
Radiology CME/CPD points are awarded by RANZCR, which are recognized by most Licensing and Health Authorities around the world including RCR in the UK.
I know what its like to be busy, stressed, unsure and not confident of reporting the case on the monitor. At some stage we have all been there.
But through these workshops we aim to make you more confident with your diagnosis, put out clear reports and to have your reports and findings respected by clinicians.
Learning through current online workshops is very passive. You are dumped with information, left on your own to make sense of it and don’t actively engage and learn by looking at scans and getting assistance. Well, that is not how you learn to report with confidence.
When you spend your time, effort and money on a workshop, you need to get the most from it… It needs to make a difference to your reporting.
HOW DO YOU LEARN AND WHAT’S DIFFERENT TO THE USUAL ONLINE COURSES

SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE:
HOW IS THE ONLINE MINI-FELLOWSHIP DIFFERENT TO THE ON-SITE WORKSHOP:
Our aim for the end result is the same for both…For you to be confident with your diagnosis, put out clear reports and to have your reports and findings respected by clinicians. Only the method of delivery is different.
HOW LONG IS THE ONLINE MINI-FELLOWSHIP:
The Online Mini-Fellowship will be run over 30 days and will cover all the major pathologies seen in MSK MRI. See link to the topics covered in the Agenda icon above.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS:
Like our On-site workshops, asking questions and clearing doubts will be a very important part of the Online Mini-Fellowship. Ask questions in the comments sections of the Mini-Fellowship courses or when we have the video call sessions.
HOW ARE THE TOPICS TAUGHT:
We use a mix of concise posts, How to Videos, Full Dicom Studies and regular Online Video calls to teach and for you to learn effectively.
HOW IS IT GUIDED LEARNING:
Most online courses you log on, look at the material and log off. You can’t ask questions or clear doubts. We show and guide you in how and what to look for in scans, answer your questions and meet with you online regularly to teach and clear doubts.
The mini-fellowship course is recognized for 26.5 CPD points by RANZCR (Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists). One CPD Point per hour of Web Based Learning from RANZCR. RANZCR CPD points are recognized by most Licensing and Health Authorities around the world including RCR in the UK. Please check with your individual licensing authority.
WHAT LEVEL IS THE COURSE:
The level of the online course is for people with limited to intermediate experience in MSK MRI who wish to improve their reporting and understanding of MSK MRI. The Mini-Fellowship course would not be suitable for you if you have significant experience in reporting MSK MRI or have done a MSK Fellowship.
WHO CAN REGISTER FOR THE COURSE:
You do need to be a Health Professional and the course is not open to the general public. We have Consultant and Trainee Radiologists, Rheumatologists, Orthopedic Surgeons and Sports Medicine Physicians attending our courses. By registering for the course you confirm that you are a Health Professional.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED EVERY DAY FOR THE COURSE:
Around 30 minutes most days. We would recommend that on weekends you try and spend some extra time reviewing what has been covered during the week. Few good things come without time and effort so you do need to set aside some time every day to get the most out of the course.
